Abstract


Remuneration system of human resource management and development of the core problems is an important means of corporate talent pool . Enter the second decade of the 21st century , the global economic structure has undergone significant changes. In China 's economic transformation and state-owned enterprise reform in the context of the traditional salary payment is no longer valid . In a knowledge- based employees as the main business, how knowledge workers for the characteristics of the modern salary management , designed to meet the actual situation of Chinese enterprises pay system has a very important practical significance.
