Abstract


The process of promoting reform and opening up three decades contributed to the rapid increases in strength, China has played an increasingly important role in the arena of the international community. China as a long history of civilization since ancient times its external strategy also experienced the evolution and development is facing many new problems and new challenges, as the post-Cold War international situation changes and development, China's foreign strategy, the future of China's foreign strategy will continue to adjust to the new international environment, for the rise of China, wishing to become a world power, it must start with the start area. Southeast Asia as immediately Asia, the history of exchanges with China more than two thousand years, two thousand years of history, Southeast Asia and China's foreign strategy has always been a place in today's China's peaceful rise strategy, Southeast Asia has become an important strategic relying on the Strip, especially after the formation of the \gradually improve, and this place is mainly reflected from the geopolitical, economic, social and cultural dimensions.
