Abstract


The modern football competition in the final analysis is the talent competition , formal competition of athletes , but essentially a competition of the coaches , the coaches role is even more important for the growth of the young players . The Beijing football in recent years made ??gratifying achievements , but we have to admit the Beijing football level is still not high , a critical factor is not strong comprehensive ability of coaches training young football players , youth football coaches in the business capacity needs to be improved . Improve the level of football in Beijing need a love and dedication , the ability to highlight the coaches team , especially the youth football coaches . In this paper, the use of literature survey by the Beijing Youth Football Coaches , questionnaire , mathematical statistics , logical analysis, expert interviews and comparative analysis of the Beijing Youth Football Coaches culture path depth and detailed investigation and Research . Beijing Football Association to implement and follow AFC / Chinese Football Association Coaches training system , the implementation of five training system , the Beijing Football Association using a variety of means and forms , corresponding to different levels of youth coaches training . Article through research to identify the achievements and shortcomings of the Beijing culture of the youth football coaches , the problems , including the training process is not strict appraisal system , inadequate specialized training , continuing education imperfect . In this paper, the Beijing Youth Football Coaches culture status and findings , put forward countermeasures and suggestions of a the Beijing Youth Football Coaches culture path .
