The purpose of this study is to carry out the reality of our Normal Universities in aerobics elective courses selected from textbooks, teaching content, teaching methods, assessment and evaluation criteria, faculty, quality of students and teaching environment and other factors start to identify weaknesses, for the Normal teaching object proposed reasonable Teaching System Reformation recommendations Normal College Aerobics Curriculum status quo to improve, so aerobics graduates on the jobs of the future, give full play to its own advantages, become qualified sports workers, more of Normal Universities in culture and contribute to a most excellent aerobics professionals. This study of literature, law, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics method of comparative analysis method, a more comprehensive comparison and analysis on the status of implementation of the Normal University Aerobics Specialist Course, pointed out that the Aerobics Specialist Course implementation process, analysis of the main reason of the problem and make recommendations accordingly.
