Abstract


With the economic globalization and the knowledge economy era , the increasingly fierce market competition . Increasingly fierce competition between the various colleges and universities at home and abroad , various colleges and universities in the discussion of the development of higher education , and , accordingly , have adopted various reform measures to enhance the competitiveness of colleges and universities . The core issue of competition between the various institutions of higher learning is the talent competition . How can we attract talent , retain talent, talents to play their ingenuity to make the greatest contribution to the development of the school , to create the atmosphere and environment conducive to the growth of talent , which is the main functions of personnel management in today 's institutions of higher learning and major work . In this paper, starting from the theory of human resource management , human resources management concept will be people-oriented introduced into the management of the school to build the school's human resources management system . Analysis of the current situation by the Human Resource Management Business School ( hereinafter referred to as my school ) , the use of human resources management theory of Human Resource Management found that my school has not been established , the structure is not reasonable , the overall quality of teachers needs to be improved , quite serious brain drain problem . Further from the problems of the whole process of human resources management at all stages of analysis to identify the crux of the proposed transformation of my school 's human resources management concepts , to further improve the management mechanism , and build a good environment for human resources management in my school , and several other Suggestion .
