Abstract


Employment of university students are increasingly becoming the focus of attention and hotspot issues , public services and employment for the majority of college students to get more information on employment and employment opportunities , and improve the employment success rate has an important role . This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the issue of employment of university students as well as university students economics of public service employment . Economics paradigm of thinking , from three angles of the employment of university students , public employment services , employment of university students , public services , the systemic existing research the finishing under review . The review shows that , based on the employment of university students from Public Service Research lack of the lack of research and data support . Therefore , for the study of the characteristics of this paper to determine the sample survey questionnaire , the form of in-depth research and interviews , the students 'employment status quo summarized depth analysis of the factors affecting the students' employment . The research shows that , to solve the problems of the students' employment , and it is essential to improve the the corresponding college students of public employment service system . Lastly , combing the theory , research and foreign - based system , this paper build around the government, universities , employer , intermediaries Quartet college expanded public employment service system , at the same time raised the public service of the Evaluation of Graduate Employment quantitative model of the system .
