China has a vast territory, territorial development is very uneven. The city outstanding teachers enrichment rural teachers lack the phenomenon, a reflection of the uneven development of education in China, the impact of the equitable development of education, through the implementation of rural compulsory education schools pay for performance system is an inevitable choice to solve this phenomenon. This paper summarizes the existing research on the basis of the implementation of rural compulsory education school teachers pay for performance do empirical research, real presents problems in the rural areas compulsory school performance wage system reform, to address these issues and put forward constructive views and countermeasures is the ultimate goal of this study.
