Abstract


Chinese urban community autonomy is a basic project of reconstruction of the urban grassroots social management is an important part of strengthening China 's grassroots democracy . In this paper, the theory and governance theory of the state, the market , civil society , the autonomous mode of urban communities and a useful exploration . First expounded the significance of the topics of research related to the concept of the meaning of the advocates of the theory and the ideas and methods of the study reviewed the course of development of the new urban communities autonomy , and a brief introduction of the \urban community autonomy mode of Wuhan Jianghan mode and Shenzhen Yantian mode , and the main features of the urban community autonomy and summarize results . Then, Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai City community autonomy work being carried out as an example , sum up their experience , analyze the deficiencies on the basis of fully absorb the Community Self successes in other cities , the economic benefits as a link to the commercial housing district zoning, the owners' committee to have begun to take the basic characteristics of civil society as the basis for the establishment of community committees mode of conception and realization path . Hope to provide new ideas for the urban community autonomy and path selection, and provide empirical support for the theoretical study of the relevant experts and scholars at the macro level on the operational level .
