Abstract


With the rapid development of China's economy , China is facing a serious shortage of senior talent pool . At the same time , the continuous improvement of people's living standards , leading to rising life expectancy of the population , followed there was only idle down a large number of retired elderly . But a lot of elderly human resources after retirement financial reward to get through the re-employment , in order to realize their value , which caused a great waste of human resources , especially higher education talent , their ability to release the shorter its own the value of time is also shorter. So how to fully develop the the senile human resources has become the focus of a much-needed attention to ease the shortage of talents and positive response to population aging , implement the scientific development and building a harmonious society plays an important role .
