Abstract

Yangtze River Estuary Waterway sandbar has a significant impact on the Yangtze River shipping , spillway and Shanghai Port Construction accelerated sea level rise and upstream sediment to reduce the severe situation facing the Yangtze River estuary , this paper a detailed analysis of the past century the Yangtze River estuary waterway sandbar morphology evolution and evolution mechanism the Yangtze estuarine waterways , on this basis , the application of Boolean network system model to predict the response of sea level rise in long-period analysis sandbar . Characterized by the historical data and the latest maps from 1902 to 1990 , cross-section and plan view of the north branch , North Port , North Passage and South Passage Bar Shahe thalweg analysis of the last century four into HNA slot sandbar morphology evolution . The analysis found that : For nearly 100 years , the north branch stopped sand from the estuary to the mouth gradually moving and evolved as the mouth giant Shakan ; Beigang mouth bar beach top downstream moving the nearly 30 km , 2001 North Port Elam door Shahe segment began heart Beach development; the North Passage sandbar two distinct beach top , but to the gradual erosion in the top two beaches in 2010 ; South Passage Bar beach top trend was bimodal - multi-peak - a single peak , and the Beach top to move downstream about 14 km . Clearly , in addition to the sandbar evolution of the north branch of Chongming Island, large-scale reclamation the North Passage sandbar directly related to the evolution of the deep water channel , the evolution of North Port , South Passage sandbar main features of the Yangtze River Waterway Project , Hengsha Dongtan large circle around Qingcaosha Reservoir Engineering impact . Further application of the probabilistic model of the Boolean network system analysis and forecast Yangtze estuarine waterways sandbar response of sea level rise on the long-period on the basis of the above Yangtze estuary over the past century waterway sandbar morphology evolution characteristics . Estuary river channel continued to narrow the view of the Yangtze estuary grim situation facing little change in runoff and sediment continued to decrease , caused by human activities , the use of Boolean network model prediction results : if the waters sediment sufficient fairway on the sandbar morphology response to sea-level rise is manifested in the mouth bar beach top to move the mouth Beach top water depths shallower l0m Beach long growth ; waters and sediment response to sea-level rise , fairway sand bar morphology performance in the top of the mouth bar beach to mouth moving , beach top water depth becomes deeper and shorten the length of the 10m beach .
