Abstract

In this study, Songhua River in Harbin set up seven monitoring sections, in 2008 spring, summer and autumn were sampled. On phytoplankton were qualitative and quantitative analysis, data analysis and use the proceeds of this phytoplankton populations, community structure and biodiversity. Application of gray relational analysis explores the phytoplankton and environmental factors related to the degree, and with reference to biological and non-biological evaluation conducted on the Songhua River in Harbin a comprehensive evaluation of water quality, water for the Songhua River in Harbin environmental protection and pollution control provides research and application value. Three quarters of the Songhua River in Harbin seven sampling sites were identified in 51 genera of phytoplankton 7 98 kinds, population structure Chlorophyta, diatoms and cyanobacteria dominated the door, where green algae up for 41 kinds, followed by silicon 32 kinds of algae, cyanobacteria and 19 species, the rest of six kinds. Songhua River in Harbin three quarters of the average phytoplankton abundance and biomass, respectively. 211.36 × 10 ~ 5ind. / L and 27.63mg / L, its seasonal variation are: Fall gt; spring gt; summer, while the highest level of distribution is 3 #, 1 # minimum. Songhua River in Harbin's Shannon-Wiener index in spring, summer and autumn of ranged 3.13-4.23bit; three quarters Pielou evenness index ranged from 0.51-0.69; three quarters of Margalef index ranged from 4.50-5.01 . Where Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou evenness index on the trend of the season is the same, both in summer gt; spring gt; autumn, while Margalef index is summer gt; autumn gt; spring. Three quarters Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou evenness index showed a significant positive correlation, Margalef index and abundance was significantly negatively correlated, can better express the diversity of phytoplankton Songhua River in Harbin. Pearson correlation analysis showed that: environmental factors and the abundance of spring and autumn, three quarters of biomass not significantly correlated (p gt; 0.05), only in the Xia Jifeng degrees and the water temperature was a significant negative correlation (p lt; 0.05), and TN was positively correlated with TP, BOD5, NH3-N. COD and permanganate index showed a significant positive correlation (p lt; 0.05, p lt; 0.01), in which Xia Jifeng degrees and the water temperature was a significant negative correlation with the actual situation do not match. Grey correlation analysis showed that: different seasons different sampling points Songhua River in Harbin phytoplankton is more strongly affected water and nutrients, and in fact is the most important factor in human disturbance. Combined with the results of a variety of evaluation methods, drawn general conclusions are: Songhua River in Harbin for the eutrophication of water bodies, water quality, the horizontal distribution of the sort of good to bad: 1 # gt; 7 # gt; 4 # gt; 6 # gt; 2 # gt; 5 # gt; 3 #. Dadingzishan Navigation and Hydropower Project Construction of the Songhua River in Harbin caused water levels to meet this environmental waters flow, while the flow rate reduction would undermine the ability of self-purification section of the river. The combined effects of many factors that phytoplankton community structure from diatoms slow to blue, green algae succession in water, nutrients and velocity are available in the summer there is the risk of occurrence of blooms.
