Abstract

Along with the development of urbanization and the development of urban construction demand, city land use scale will rapidly expanding, and the evaluation of urban land use is becoming a urgent problem put into the agenda. The land as the important factors in production, its intensived use level directly related to the transformation of economic growth mode and the implementation of the sustainable development strategy. However, in the development of urban lately in China, the land usage ultilazation structure land allocation is unreasonable, which leads to a series of clonsequences, such as inefficient utilization of land, unresticted expansion in the processing of urban construction, a lot of land is occupied, the waste of land use is seriously, and so on. As the fact that China has a great number of population, yet, the cultivated land resources in increasing short deficient, all these consequences become a huge challenge for us. Therefore, intensive land utilization of land use is a inevitable trend of our country, and it also becomes the inevitable requirement of persisting in scientific development outlook. In this research, using the related theory and research method about urban land intensive use at home and abroad, the researcher gives a macroscopic concept and connotation of the land intensive use based on the Nan’an District of Chongqing. The researcher chooses 16 factors to built the suituble system of land intensive use in Nan’an District, theses are the input intensity, land utilization intensity and structure, land use efficiency and land sustainability, and so on. Firstly, using TOPSIS model and principal component analysis evaluation method to analyze the dynamic changes of land intensive from 2000 to 2008,and predicts the future trend of development of Nan’an District. Secondly, applicating the TOPSIS model and multi-factor congrelgating models to evaluate the land intensive use in streets and towns in this district. Then classification of region application of pluralistic system clustering method about present intensive land level status quo intensive level south regional classification, and analysis land intensive use regional distribution characteristics. From these analysises we can draw this conclusion:the intensive land use in this district composite scores for only 28.27 in 2000, and arrived the highest annual average growth of 80.76 in 2008,which made a lasting increase of 5.77 in each year. Judging from the growth rate, the growth rate was relatively slow from 2000 to 2005, and growth rate was the faster from 2006 to 2008. From these number we can see that the intensive land use in Nan’an District presented a great differences from region to region, and the gaps of difference is significant, either. The land intensive usage shows cricoid distribution from the social economy is relatively developed, the commercial center of population centers to peripheral underdeveloped region.Based on the analysis of the land intensive level and city land utilization present situation, the author proposed the intensive land use countermeasures and suggestions in Nan’an District:1.Scientifically guiding urban expansion and strengthening farmland protection.2. Actively promoting land use and management system innovation. 3.Optimization of regional and town land-use structure layout of regional town.4.More intensive utilization of land resources means towns.5.Overall coordination of regional urban-rural settlement construction land.6.Comprehensive regulation promote urban land ecological healthy ecosysetm.
