Abstract


In this paper, based on the theory of environmental Kuznets curve , pollution haven hypothesis , trade diversion effects of environmental pollution as well as FDI Perspective , in which the role of China's trade and environment issues . I found through theoretical analysis of trade diversion and transfer of pollution exist mutually reinforcing . Also brought increasing trade and export commodities in the implied presence of pollutant emissions and energy consumption , will lead to trade diversion caused by the transfer of pollution ; the pollution haven phenomena caused due to lower environmental standards will make the transfer of polluting industries to China trade diversion , while FDI has played the role of intermediary and bridges in the diversion of trade and transfer of pollution . In addition , through cointegration analysis , error correction model and Granger causality empirical test to prove that the diversion of trade between Japan and South Korea to China 's environmental pollution there is positive correlation between long-run equilibrium , and each other cause and effect. Therefore , China 's export surplus implies a deficit of pollutant emissions , China should change at the expense of the environment at the expense of export-oriented economic model , Foreign Trade and embark on the road of sustainable development by upgrading the industrial structure , the strengthening of international environmental cooperation .
