Purpose: The purpose of this experiment is to study microbial-derived antioxidants and alpha lipoic acid on broiler growth performance, antioxidant function, immune function, and gene expression was from the tissues and organs, cellular and molecular level to explore antioxidants regulation Immune Function The mechanism is based Free Radical Biology enhance the broilers immune function new ways to provide theoretical basis. Methods: 120 Days Yellow 21 were selected, and randomly divided into four groups, each group of five replicates, each repeated six chickens. The control group was fed the basal diet; test group 1 in the basal diet supplemented with 0.5% microbial-derived antioxidants; group 2 was added to the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg / kg lipoic acid; test three groups in the basal diet 0.5% microbial-derived antioxidants and 300 mg / kg lipoic acid. Results: microbial endogenous antioxidants, lipoic acid, as well as multiple antioxidants for improving growth performance no significant effect. Test on day 15, a variety of antioxidants can significantly improve the level of T-SOD (P lt; 0.05), microbial-derived antioxidants and multiple antioxidants can significantly improve the ability to inhibit the hydroxyl radical (P lt; 0.05), a variety of antioxidants can significantly improve broiler serum IgG levels (P lt; 0.01), microbial-derived antioxidants and alpha lipoic acid can improve by ConA-stimulated lymphocyte transformation rate (P lt; 0.05) and spleen index (P lt; 0.05 ), multiple antioxidants can improve by LPS-stimulated lymphocyte transformation rate and IL-2 levels (P lt; 0.05); test the first 30 days, a variety of antioxidants can significantly improve the inhibition of hydroxyl radical capacity (P lt; 0.01) microbial endogenous antioxidants and alpha lipoic acid, microbial-derived antioxidants and alpha lipoic acid can significantly reduce the of H2O2 radical and MDA content (P lt; 0.05); various antioxidants can significantly increase serum IgG level (P lt; 0.05) spleen index, thymus index and lymphocyte ratio (P lt; 0.05), respectively and the multiple antioxidants can increase serum IL-2 levels (P lt; 0.05). In addition, a variety of antioxidants can improve broiler spleen of IL-2 mRNA expression levels of IL-6 mRNA expression, with the combined effects of microbial-derived antioxidants and alpha lipoic acid. The study also found significant indicators of antioxidant and immune indicators, which inhibit the hydroxyl radical and spleen index and IgG levels, there are between the SOD vitality and IgG levels positive correlation (P lt; 0.05); H2O2 and The negative relationship between IgA levels (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: microbial-derived antioxidants and alpha lipoic acid can scavenge free radicals, improve Yellow Chicken antioxidant capacity, improve immune function, promote IL-2, IL-6 mRNA expression, and the combined effects of the two and the cumulative effect of ; correlation between the antioxidant capacity and immune function significantly.
