Abstract


The economic benefit of oil production plants which reflects the operation of the oil production plant itself directly is not only related to the survival of the petroleum enterprises, but also related to the development of the domestic economy. With the petroleum resources becoming less, the competition between international markets becomes more fierce, and with the development of the market economy, the price of the crude oil is becomes international, the operator of the oilfield becomes more concerned with the economic benefit of petroleum enterprises. so it is necessary to carry out the evaluation of economic benefit for oil production plants. The task of evaluation of economic benefit of oil production plants is to evaluate the economic benefit of the oil production plants to make sure the advantages of oil production plant and find inadequate to improve the operation mode of production, optimize the investment direction and realize the greatest benefit.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and importance of the research ,describes the research status of the subject. Second, this paper summaries the theories, principles, methods and steps of the evaluation of economic benefit of Oil Production Plant of on the basis of a systematic, make clear the principle and the idea, analysis the factors which impact economic benefit of oil production plant,and provide the basis and the foundation of establishing the evaluation index system and choosing the appraisal method for the economic benefit of oil production,and then,establishes a scientific and rational, comprehensive hierarchical economic evaluation index system combining the characteristics of oil production plant. Third, make the principles and ideas of evaluation of the economic benefits of oil production plant,providing the basis of Selecting the evaluation methods and establishing the evaluation model. At last, establishing the comprehensive evaluation model named C~2R by the data envelopment analysis basing on the economic evaluation index system of oil production plants, and evaluates and analyzes the economic situation of Shengli oil production plant according to the model, the results reflect the overall situation of economic benefits of the oil production plant in recent years, and proposes related countermeasures to improve the economic benefits. The paper establishes evaluation model with theoretical research and system analysis, and do some demonstrations basing on the example.
