Abstract

In this thesis, the steam injection / electrochemical hydride generation (VG / EC-HG) technology principle and its application in the analysis of atomic spectroscopy (AS), a more detailed overview. AS is a metallic element in the detection of environmental samples more sophisticated analytical tools, With the development of science and technology at the same time, the analysis of workers online analysis of atomic spectroscopy instruments, the miniaturization and environmental friendly higher. The paper includes a discussion of the experimental device design, design principles, optimization of the measurement conditions, the actual sample processing, assay development. The first chapter introduces the Atomic Spectrometry in cold vapor generation (CVG), hydride generation (HG) and volatiles such as steam injection technology occurred, then the paper focuses on the chemical vapor (CHG) / EC-HG atoms Mechanism, may interfere, and how to eliminate, electrolytic cell structure, the electrode material and the electrolyte solution of choice. Finally, a brief overview of the CHG / EC-HG-AS system performance improvements as well as practical applications. Second chapter, and the establishment of a novel miniaturized mercury vapor atomic fluorescence (CVG-AFS) detection system, the system having a high gas permeability and ultraviolet permeable amorphous Teflon tube (Teflon AF-2400) as CVG-AFS system of gas-liquid separation and detection pool, while the text Teflon-AF 2400 tube penetration mechanism and design principles to do a more in-depth study. Optimal experimental conditions, the detection limit of the method was 0.02μg / L, the relative standard deviation (n = 11) was 3.3%. The small volume occupied by the system, less sample consumption, sensitivity and stability, and successfully applied to the detection of mercury content in cigarette samples, a recovery rate of 97% to 102%. Chapter the first time, the solid polymer electrochemical hydride (SPE-HG) technology for the Atomic Spectrometry injection, and designed a new type of electrolytic cell SPE-HG, highly corrosion resistant, plated iridium titanium mesh anode, extending the occurrence of the service life of the pool; using good permeability, and graphite felt as the cathode a high hydrogen overpotential, and greatly improving the efficiency of generating of the arsenic hydride; the Nafion? 117 film has a good proton exchange capacity, and an electrode and close contact between the proton membrane, reducing the power consumed by the reaction. The hydride generation pool to change the characteristics of the traditional hydrogenated pool anode acidic electrolyte, the anolyte use pure water, electrolytic cell can be directly fixed by four C-clamps squeeze, the system has a low price, easy to install, environmentally friendly advantages. The system with atomic fluorescence spectrometer associated with successfully achieve the determination of trace amounts of arsenic in cigarette samples. The precision and accuracy of the method is ideal.
