Abstract

At present, grahpite is the main lubricant in the warm extrusion procession forming, its lubrication effect is very apparent. But in the process, air and equipment remaind a lot of grahpite dust, pollute the environment, Seriously affected operator’s health and environmental quality. Thus, we hope can produce other lubricant to replace graphite to improve now working environment. This paper put forward for aluminum hot extrusion of lubricative environmental requirement.Using talcum powder as the main matrix and adding Al2O3、CuO and PAM to discover a new lubricant.Through the circle upsetting was carried out to determine the best proportion of each component parts ,also studied the best proportion’s lubricanting property. and do a hot extrusion simulation experiment .Hope that we can found a new lubricant to substitute for graphite.Experimental results:1.Through the method of ring upsetting, determine the friction coefficient of different proportion lubricant.final determine talcum powder、Al2O3、CuO and PAM is 7:1:1:1.2.friction coefficient of the best proportion lubricant increases with the rise of temperature, temperature to 440℃appeared at a minimum,μ=0.185.3.This lubricant can effectively promote the aluminum alloy uniform deformation YaoGu percentage increases with the rise of temperature, temperature to 440℃appeared at a minimum, This shows that the experiment reliability .4.In contrast diagram, before 440℃friction coefficient the lubricant is big 0.03 than graphite on average ,at 440℃, They differ 0.005 .That from the constitution diagram with graphite lubricant similar the lubricant of aluminum alloy microstructures no influence. Therefore, the proportion is 7:1:1:1 talcum powder as a kind of new lubricant environmental lubricant replace graphite has certain feasibility. 5.Through the DEFORM-3D test, the proportion is 7:1:1:1 talcum powder at the physical part hot extrusion process can reduce the damage of part and improve uniformity, it have good lubricating function.
