Abstract


Yi Niao mallei aminoglycoside antibiotics sisomicin producing strains . The purpose of this experiment was to further separation and purification, Yi Niao ( small single cinerea CHENGJIANG ) variants fermentation liquid secondary metabolites having a new structure or activity of the compound, and can be obtained from the isolated and purified for structural analysis and identification . This thesis uses the ion exchange column chromatography , the chromatographic separation means of silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, etc. , the two compounds are separated from the fermentation broth of the Yi Niao small mallei Chengjiang variants . A preliminary structural analysis , through methods such as mass spectrometry , nuclear magnetic resonance , a preliminary analysis of its structure , initially speculated aminoglycoside antibiotic 66 - 40G .
