Objective To investigate the chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4), heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and fragile histidine triad (FHIT) expression in the maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma with tumor clinical characteristics of the relationship between and clinical significance. Method using immunohistochemical techniques (PV-9000/9001 two-step) detection of CXCR4, HSP70 and FHIT protein expression in 50 patients with maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma and 20 cases of nasal septum normal mucosa, Application of Image-Pro Plus image The average optical density of the image analysis software measurement immunohistochemistry using SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis to detect the expression of various indicators, the relationship between the various indicators and indicators of tumor characteristics. Results (1) the maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma, CXCR4 and HSP70 positive expression rates were 74.0%, 66.0%, significantly higher than 40.0%, 15.0%, and the difference had statistical significance (P lt; 0.05); (2) FHIT protein positive rate was 50.0%, significantly lower than the 80.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). (3) CXCR4, HSP70, and FHIT three expression parts are more common in the cytoplasm, the few visible nucleus positive, mainly located in the cytoplasm near the cavity surface, brownish yellow or tan; (4) CXCR4 expression and degree of differentiation, HSP70 expression and TNM staging correlation (P lt; 0.05); FHIT with the patient's age, sex, degree of differentiation and TNM stage were not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). (4) of CXCR4 expression of, HSP70 and FHIT three of no correlation between each other (r respectively 0.167,0.004,0.135 P gt; 0.05). Conclusion 1.CXCR4 in maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma was significantly high expression, and the expression of the patient's age, sex, and TNM stage was no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), while the correlation with the degree of differentiation (P lt; 0.05 ), suggesting that the maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma and tumor differentiation may be closely related. 2.HSP70 in the maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma was significantly high expression, and the expression of the patient's age, gender, pathological degree of differentiation were not statistically different (P gt; 0.05), with TNM stage-related resistance (P lt; 0.05 ), suggesting that it may play an important role in squamous cell carcinoma of the maxillary sinus, the process of development and tumor invasion. 3.FHIT in the maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma was significantly low expression, and the expression of the patient's age, gender, TNM stage and pathological degree of differentiation There was no statistical difference (P gt; 0.05), suggesting that it plays a key tumor suppressor role. 4.CXCR4, HSP70, FHIT expression was not significant, suggesting that the three maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma, the development process may not be synergistic role.
