Abstract


Objective To study and research of manipulation dialectical treatment of infants and young children with functional constipation validity ease line , so as to formulate a set of norms , the clinical efficacy of treatment prescription , in order to promote research methods using a combination of literature and clinical research . Literature : mainly through the study of ancient and modern literature , an overview of Chinese medicine 's understanding of the etiology, pathogenesis , and treatment of constipation ; summarizes modern medical understanding of disease etiology, pathogenesis and treatment -oriented clinical research topics to lay a theoretical foundation . Clinical study : 76 patients with functional constipation in children were divided into the massage and Differential Treatment Group 38 cases and Bifico of the control group 38 patients were treated for 2 weeks , followed up for one month , the clinical symptoms observed before and after treatment in children and signs , and before and after treatment in children with symptoms and signs of change were compared. Differential Treatment of infants and young children with functional constipation results of manipulation total efficiency of 97.37% , with the control group, the total efficiency of 89.47% compared statistically difference was significant (P lt; 0.01); For the main symptoms of constipation and associated symptoms improved Differential Treatment of manipulation was significantly better than the control group (P lt; 0.01) Conclusion massage and Differential Treatment of infants and young children with functional constipation have good clinical efficacy , and easy to operate , worthy of promotion
