Perioperative Pain Management of Arthroscopic Knee Surgery Under Local Anesthesia

Abstract


Purpose knee mirror perioperative analgesic effect of ropivacaine with flurbiprofen axetil two drugs under local anesthesia , and whether there are synergies . Methods 72 patients with arthroscopic knee anesthesia surgery were randomized into the placebo group (P) : the fat emulsion saline ; flurbiprofen axetil (F) groups : the flurbiprofen axetil saline ; ropivacaine (R fat emulsion ; combined group (C) : flurbiprofen axetil ropivacaine ) group : ropivacaine . Comparing four groups of patients and 1,2,4,8,12,24 h after surgery VAS (Visual Analogue Score, VAS), the incidence of adverse reactions , remedial tramadol more than the amount of time and patient satisfaction degrees Evaluation of the analgesic effect of the drug . Results 2h 4h resting and exercise ropivacaine , flurbiprofen axetil is valid for two drugs have interaction . Resting and exercise postoperative 8h pain flurbiprofen axetil is still valid . After 1 h , 12h, 24h , each group VAS score was no significant difference . Of flurbiprofen axetil group and the placebo group patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of the Bank of China in VAS score there is a statistically significant difference ( P = 0.015 ) . Conclusion flurbiprofen axetil can significantly reduce perioperative pain , early postoperative analgesic effect of ropivacaine exact combination have a synergistic effect is an ideal local anesthesia arthroscopic knee analgesic programs .
