Abstract

【Objective】 electroacupuncture treatment of sciatic nerve injury in rats, muscle - the pathway of the sciatic nerve - the spinal cord, the observed variation of nerve growth factor to study electrical nerve injury repair mechanism. [Methods] first 80 rats using a random number table 24 into normal group, model group (n = 24), model control group (n = 16), the electroacupuncture group 16. Modeling approach for the sciatic nerve clamping injury model, First cut the skin anesthesia, muscle blunt dissection exposed sciatic nerve, needle holder full buckle clamping, duration 5s, causing damage point of 2 mm, and then drill disinfection suture. Interventions to take the injured side loop jump, Yin door, Yanglingquan and Chengshan acupoint electroacupuncture treatment, current 2mA, frequency of 2/100Hz, the density wave. Drawn three times, based on the first seven days after the modeling, the second based electro-acupuncture treatment for 10 days, and the third based electro-acupuncture treatment for 20 times. Pain tolerance threshold test after electro-acupuncture treatment 10 days after the EA treatment group pain stimulation time is less than the model group, but not statistically significant, electro-acupuncture treatment 20 days after the EA treatment group is smaller than the model control group, the same is not statistically significant. after electro-acupuncture treatment trends showing improved case of .2 muscle repair after electro-acupuncture treatment gastrocnemius wet weight 10 times after electro-acupuncture group gastrocnemius wet material in the model group and the untreated control group, electro-acupuncture treatment for 20 the same electro-acupuncture treatment group than in the model group and model control group, but not statistically significant, the trend to increase, but not obvious, electro-acupuncture therapy to prevent muscle atrophy. Electro-acupuncture group gastrocnemius muscle cell diameter electro-acupuncture treatment for 10 diameter larger than the model group and model control group, but not statistically significant. Electro-acupuncture group remained in the electro-acupuncture treatment 20 times better than the model group and the untreated control group. Electro-acupuncture group compared with model group has a significant role prompted EA to prevent atrophy of the muscle cell diameter. Comparison between immunohistochemistry group is determined by immunohistochemical staining the various of nerve growth factor in the spinal cord of the content. 3.1 bFGF immunohistochemistry optical density analysis by the electro-acupuncture treatment 10 days after which EA group and the model group has significant visible electro-acupuncture group optical density greater than the model group and model control group. Electro-acupuncture treatment 20 times the same electro-acupuncture treatment group than the model group and model control group, but not statistically significant, indicating that the electro-acupuncture with enhanced expression of NGF. 3.3 BDNF immunohistochemistry optical density analysis by the electro-acupuncture treatment 10 days after the optical density of visible electro-acupuncture group than in model group and model control group and normal group and electro-acupuncture group and the model group and model control group was statistically significant . Optical density analysis results in the treatment of 20 times, the largest model group, electro-acupuncture group, followed by the normal group, the third, the last model control group, no law exists. 10 said the most effective time period of the electro-acupuncture treatment of BDNF in acupuncture treatment. 3.4 CNTF immunohistochemistry optical density analysis by electro-acupuncture treatment for 10 days after the visible optical density of the electro-acupuncture group larger than the model group and model control group and the normal group, with statistical significance. Electro-acupuncture group after electro-acupuncture treatment 20 times the expression level of the lowest in the group, said that the electroacupuncture treatment CNTF most influential period in acupuncture treatment 10. [Conclusion] EA treatment of lower limb muscle strength in rats enhanced role. 2 electroacupuncture treatment of sciatic nerve injury pain tolerance threshold improvement trend. 3 EA treatment rat muscle cell diameter to prevent atrophy role; equally visible on the gastrocnemius wet weight muscle weight increased after electroacupuncture treatment. 4 electro-acupuncture treatment in rats of bFGF of BDNF, CNTF, NGF have enhanced the role of its expression, in order to enhance the role of repair after nerve injury.
