Abstract


From the ethics point of view, entrepreneurs’moral responsibility in the two types of social construction are the great value to the whole human society, it play an active role in sustainable development; From a practical point of view, entrepreneurs’moral responsibility in the two types of social construction is the proper meaning, ethics and morality of our society-building is also important. This is due to ethical and moral responsibility is an important social function of the carrier, to directly guide or even control the people in real life, dispel evil and promote good when dealing with others, promote social stability and harmony. Entrepreneurs’moral responsibility had a long time. Entrepreneurs in two types of society should assume and fulfill its moral responsibility is justified on the ethical nature of the property by the two types of society and the special social status of entrepreneurs and the Mission of the decision.In this paper, anchored theory of ethics in the society described two types of moral responsibility in the background of entrepreneurs with the relevant research literature, the three parts try to study it, look forward to building on the two types of social and moral entrepreneurs Responsibility of the better ideas and perform the role.The first part, the ethical connotation of moral responsibility: consciousness, free of charge and preventive, and further pointed out that the construction of two types of social entrepreneurs in the premise of moral responsibility, inevitability and intrinsic basis.The second part points out that entrepreneurs in the construction of two types of social and moral responsibility for the content of the main practices: conservation of resources, and friendly environment, innovation and technology, fair use, and on the basis of the two types of social entrepreneurs in the construction of the main value of moral responsibility: Promoting a harmonious society, to maintain sustainable development, protect the interests of generations to promote two types of society.The third part, focusing on the construction of entrepreneurs’moral responsibility in the two types of social construction. This paper argues that, in the rampant materialism, conscience lost, a crisis of faith, morality mechanism of the current social context, lack of entrepreneurs in order to fully discharge its social construction in the two types of moral responsibility, will encounter resistance and pressure on all sides. Therefore, only from the reversion of conscience, and construction firm moral beliefs and moral system that is both internal and external aspects of the two types of social entrepreneurs in the construction of moral responsibility to build, only to fulfill its role with genuine protection.
