Abstract


Since the 1980s, in the field of language teacher education, teacher professional development and teacher training program is presented and practice. Wallace (1991) proposed three models of teacher education: skill mode, applied science mode and reflection mode is one of the most influential. Three modes in reflection mode of the most influential and popular, because this model emphasizes the role of teachers' inner strength and a sense of responsibility in the growth and professional development. Variety reflect on the way in, for example, class presentations, questionnaires, classroom observations, video recording, action research, reflective journals is one of the most influential. As Bartlett (1990) Evaluation and said: \and to take measures against the practice first log research plays an important role in the field of teacher education at home and abroad, many teacher trainers for the logs launched a series of studies, but the vast majority of studies have been carried out for in-service teachers. This article aims to Central China Normal University English major pre-service teachers reflective journals in English teaching methods class to conduct a study to get bloggers to promote the role of the pre-service teacher reflection and professional growth. Pre-service teachers in the near future, is about to enter the field of teaching and teaching practice. Pre-service teachers to cultivate their own reflection habits in the earlier stages of his career by writing reflective journals of great significance, plays a huge role in the career development of good habits of reflection will pre-service teachers. This study to take the log analysis and interviews, essentially qualitative research, quantitative research statistics supplemented. Log analysis, I arbitrarily selected 10 students log-depth analysis and investigation. 180 log repeatedly read and analyzed three times. In this process, the contents of the log are summarized and classified on the basis of the content, the reflective consciousness also stratified according to the relevant standards. In the interview, a total of arbitrarily selected 17 pre-service teachers (including log is used to analyze the data of four pre-service teachers) were interviewed. Interviews mainly to solve three problems: preservice teachers' personal feelings about bloggers experience; bloggers advantages and the problems; microteaching. Finally, through the comprehensive analysis and discussion of pre-service teachers to reflect on the contents of the log, reflective consciousness, personal feelings, and reflections on microteaching extent, summed up the log written the following advantages: first, to help pre-service teachers to record ideas feelings;, prompting the pre-service teachers to reflect on, and thinking more deeply and systematically; help the interaction between the pre-service teachers and teacher training or pre-service teachers; help improve grades writing skills of pre-school teachers. In addition, the main problems in the process of writing reflective journals, pre-service teachers lack the idea or not good at digging Writing content, do not know how to reflect on a topic, log the total number of excessive lead to lower quality and feedback is not timely. About the problems related to the bloggers, in comprehensive vocational teachers' logs and interviews on the basis, put forward practical solutions strategy. The conclusion of the final draw reflective journals plays an important role in the promotion of pre-service teacher reflection and professional development, it is necessary to integrate them into the teacher training program.
