Abstract


Civil Retrial Procedure is a special legal remedies in a civil action , it has become the last line of defense to ensure social justice . The purpose of our civil law trial supervision program , is that through retrial program , on those legal efficiency occurs and indeed the wrong judgment , ruled that mediation the book implementation lawsuit remedial measures to ensure the correctness of the People's Court referee and legitimacy , maintaining the authority and dignity of our laws , to protect the legitimate interests of the litigants .
