Abstract


The Ritual System is a social system unique in the history of Chinese law , which laid the ethical characteristics of Chinese Legal System . The etiquette fusion , ritual law and practice for the stability and development of ancient Chinese society , culture and prosperity , as well as the advance of civilization has laid a solid foundation of order . Modern scholars attributed to the country backward and national ignorance the ritual system 's corrupt and backward . The face of strong Western cultural scholars blindly worship , to negate traditional Chinese culture , ceremony made ??the declination . Several political movements of the 20th century, is the traditional cultural ruined the ritual system also critical severely . After the reform and opening up , the academia thrall to Western learning, interested in marketing and follow the Western legal system . Scholars on the one hand biased or one-sided story of modern Chinese scholars and Western scholars , on the one hand the Chinese legal tradition in misreading misunderstanding which the evaluation system of the West , for a smattering of Chinese traditional legal culture and traditions of the legal system . The senior scholars error that the research method shall not be treated . Use Western legal research methods to study the Chinese legal tradition in Western legal evaluation system which , indeed as people are buying Lu Zheng , the right way . This paper attempts to re- interpretation of the traditional Chinese ritual system through cultural theory , the use of cultural analysis . At the same time , the paper tries to restore officiating experience past lives, so that we experience the live ceremony in the scenes of life in the ancient society from the point of view of the ceremony origins . This will help us to know the real ceremony , in order to understand the value of the ceremony for the ancient Chinese society . This article unique ceremony is a social division of labor , and the ethics of the social role , and thus the legal provisions . The ritual system is part of the socio-cultural system , the cultural genes it has deeply rooted in the ideology of the people and into the day-to-day behavior . It is because of this characteristic ritual system plays an important intermediary role in areas such as political , economic , legal , and social life , making a harmonious development of the road between these areas and individuals in society . The hope from these angles the face of all aspects of in-depth description of the ritual system , so our new understanding its kind .
