Abstract


With the continuous development of community construction, emerging community nonprofit organizations and other social organizations, public welfare organization are trying to play a city social layer, and plays a maintenance of public interest, mobilization participation, social integration and provide public products function. Human resource level influence the function of community nonprofit organization. Human resources management and use become vital importance of many organizations.Whether an organization work good or not, in essence, it depends on whether management is properly. Community NPO as the part of the society is important to human resources management and organization. NPO must inspire the enthusiasm, and members of the work given to special significance.This nonprofit organization in Bao Tou community through the case study of community nonprofit organization to illustrate the present situation of human resource management, the problems and the cause analysis and solving countermeasures.
