Abstract


With the accelerating process of China's aging population, pension issues more and more the concern of the community. After implementation of family planning policy in the 1970s, our family size gradually shift from the traditional extended family to nuclear family, the traditional family pension is facing huge challenges in the new social situation. Not only that, the aging of our arrival in the level of economic development is not yet developed, the face of the enormous financial pressure, the implementation of the social pension is also struggling. Community care service is to the government's macro-guidance and policy support, community-based, launched various enterprises and institutions, social groups and individuals who are actively involved in the full use of existing community resources for the many needs of the elderly needs to carry out a variety of services to meet the needs of the older age groups for pension services. Elderly people living in the familiar home environment, Family and Community Services for the Aged staff to take care of their later life, and enjoy the family atmosphere of the integration of family life, the choice of the pension in line with China's national conditions. The Community pension bond services between the parties has become an elder-care, make up the country and family could not afford. Community Aged Care services depending on the needs of the elderly to find out the problems that exist in the current family and social care service, starting from the wishes of the elderly with the actual situation, and to provide a personalized service. In health care to address the large public hospitals, private clinics and involves a lot of paperwork and medical risk, and many other issues, according to the specific circumstances of each community, to provide door-to-door medical service. Leisure, the establishment of a community center in line with the age characteristics of the elderly, to organize group activities for the elderly to meet the needs of the elderly spiritual level. Under these conditions, the emergence of community aged care services provides a new approach to solve the increasingly serious pension problems. Final by finishing the survey data to the elderly in the economy, health care and recreational needs of the dependent variable, income, health, intergenerational relationships, children, the number of multiple regression analysis as independent variables, self-built model, and by analysis of the regression results, concluded that in turn provide the corresponding recommendations.
