Abstract


For the extremely brutal competition in the market for professional football clubs , in order to survive in the competitive environment , and enhance their own competitiveness , you need to have a deep understanding of themselves engaged in the activities , understanding should come to the discovery of new profit growth point . (2 ) Beijing Guoan Football Club should be in accordance with the streamlined , unified , independent , efficient principle , the establishment of a management system in line with the development of modern logistics , clear the basis of the vice president in charge of logistics - related responsibilities of various departments in the club clear divided , in order to facilitate the club its coordination and control . ( 3) The implementation of the Beijing Guoan Football Club logistics management system optimized should logistics talent by strengthening logistics strategic planning to optimize its logistics management processes , strengthen the management of logistics quantity, logistics and quality, logistics costs and logistics information , etc. , to accelerate the introduction and cultivation promotion of advanced logistics technology strategy to gradually push forward . ( 4) some problems existing logistics management system of Beijing Guoan Football Club , also exist in other clubs , is one of the factors restricting the development of these clubs . Professional football clubs in China have common characteristics , this study for the optimization of the logistics management system to other clubs with larger reference optimization and improvement of logistics management system for other clubs .
