Abstract


Nowadays, the development of the Chinese professional football is bottomed professional football clubs, and the poor management has the very big relations.Taking Beijing sport university and Shanghai sports institute from two universities sports management specialty and some teachers and students of Shanghai Shenhua football club part of the operation and management personnel as the research object, the literature data hair, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other methods, the key is the professional football clubs from the present situation of management personnel and the present situation of college sports management professional development from two aspects, summarizes the survey and analysis of the professional football clubs in operation management talent demand situation and looking forward to the standards and universities in sports management cultivating insufficiency, then on constructing the professional football clubs management talents training mode forward their own views.This study suggests that Chinese professional football clubs are now lacking both well-versed in sports and capable of management of tao application multiplex talents; College sports management professional in curriculum, teaching conditions and teaching dharma teaching and school-running mode have defects, e. improvement; Professional club in colleges and universities should be made to existing training mode reform and innovation. In view of this, this research suggestion:open sports curriculum policies and regulations and social etiquette course; etc. Universities and professional club management school jointly, carries on the corresponding type talent supply; Sports management kind professional personnel training should be gradually to in high-level transformation, Improve sports management kind professional discipline research level.
