Abstract


Teacher professional development is one of the central theme of today's world of education reform. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management has not only become the hot issues of corporate concern, also gradually applied to teaching, many experts and scholars trying to promote the professional growth of teachers through knowledge management.
