Abstract


Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, the first batch of curriculum reform experimental zone, curriculum reform has been carried for nine years, but the scant research Ningbo junior high school physical education and health curriculum implementation. The study of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, logic analysis study conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with 61 junior high school physical education teachers and students in the city of Ningbo, the status quo of the physical education teachers, new courses changed the concept of awareness and acceptance, the setting of the physical education curriculum goals, physical education content, the sports organizational forms and methods of teaching, evaluation of sports teaching physical education curriculum resources development and utilization of the investigation and analysis, aimed at identify factors that affect the physical education and health curriculum implementation under the New Curriculum, lay the theoretical educational principles, policies and regulations related to the education sector to develop more targeted recommendations and countermeasures to further promote the new curriculum reform process of the Ningbo Sports foundation. Through investigation, draw the following conclusions: 1. Ningbo City Sports Teacher teachers: sex ratio quite different, less the proportion of female teachers; in young and middle-aged teachers in the age structure of the main advantages, they have a strong cognitive ability, creative ability, operation ability and organizational skills, teaching experience to undergraduate education, the educational structure has a good theoretical basis; These are the further advancing of the new curriculum has laid a good foundation. Awareness of the philosophy of physical education teachers of physical education and health standards have yet to be further improved, there is a certain amount of bias in the understanding of the physical education curriculum goals, there is too much emphasis on the cultivation of students' interest in sports and ignored the teaching of sports technology tendency . The new curriculum of the training efforts need to be further strengthened. Sports teaching to ball games, track and field, swimming, and can not meet the diverse needs of students, the sports teaching organizational forms and teaching methods are relatively simple, and should actively explore and try new sports teaching mode. Sports evaluation and examination content or the knowledge, skills and physical evaluation, ignored the students' learning attitudes and affective evaluation of the performance and the spirit of cooperation and progress amplitude evaluation. The evaluation of the sports learning or teacher-based, self-assessment and rarely involves students in self-assessment and peer assessment. Evaluation can not be a comprehensive and objective reflection of the status of students learning the sport. The degree of development of sports and health curriculum resources needs to be improved; Stadium, the relative lack of equipment, only to basically meet the needs of sports teaching. Ningbo City school leaders support sports work need to be further improved, which is conducive to the smooth implementation of the physical education curriculum standards. The students are not deep feelings of physical education and health curriculum reform Interest in Physical Education is still not very high.
