Abstract


Class teacher is an important part of Primary and secondary school teachers. It is the carrier of education, the organizer of class work, the builder of class, the leader of moral education of the students. With the continuous progress of the reform of basic education, the professional development of class teachers is increasingly seen as an important topic in education development. Specialized training is an important way to the professional development of class teachers because the growth and development of class teachers depends on their daily professional practice learning and research activities, and effective training is an important basis for the professional development of class teachers. Therefore, the subject has a certain theoretical and practical significance on the research on the professional development of class teachers of primary and secondary schools.
