Abstract


The impact of changes in the level of human capital for the upgrading of the industrial structure is a significant and complex , this article by empirical analysis demonstrated that human capital can affect different industrial output value changes through the production and configuration functions on the one hand , the other hand, can affect labor the configuration between industry , In addition , empirical studies have shown that different levels of human capital impact is not the same for different industries . Combined with the results of previous studies and Guangdong actual economic data , through the introduction of a variety of measurement tools fully explore the role of human capital is the upgrading of the industrial structure in Guangdong , which hopes to draw the corresponding conclusions for the future policy of the government departments to develop reference .
