Abstract


Since the 1990s, in order to meet the needs of China's economic reform and social restructuring, the government advocate and promote community building, was spun off from the government, units from the social functions borne by the community, the growing role of community building in social development prominent. In recent years in the advocacy and promotion of government, community building in cities around the country have launched, and some progress has been made. With the deepening of China's urban modernization process, however, continue to emerge in the process of community building some new issues, one of the prominent problem is the main social activities of the community members from the community. Developed means of communication and the popularity of network information technology in modern society for the reconstruction of urban living space to provide technical conditions, the complexity of the social division of labor, individual social mobility increases and other factors lead to urban life in the workplace and place to live separation, exacerbating the social life of urban residents off domain phenomenon. De-scoping of modern society, members of society in urban communities (occupational groups) social action is not in the community, to get rid of the geographical limitations of the community, in the community outside wider range of social contact. The face of the community is basically non-occupational groups in the community and non-occupational activities, rather than a variety of professional activities include serving officers. Only concerned with marginalized groups in the community in the process of community building, while ignoring the existence of a de-domain Community, will deviate from the government advocated urban community building and social development goals. This article attempts to cut off the perspective of the domain, and to investigate the current problems of our community building on the basis of profound analysis, the cause of the social life of the community residents off the domain of reason, then put forward to ease off the domain constraints of the Urban Community Development recommended to change the current lack of community building residents actively participate in the calm state. Thesis framework is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction, the research status of construction related issues on the domestic and international community Commentary explore the practical and theoretical significance of this study, the research background, research purposes and research methods and related concepts be defined. The second part is about the Urban Community Development Overview, introduces the background of the community building, the focus off the domain as a bottleneck restricting the development of China's urban communities factors on the impact of modern society de-scoping of the Urban Community Development.
