Abstract


With the ever-accelerating process of global economic integration , domestic investment type companies are facing increasing pressure of market competition , business managers , policy makers want to be able to find a good way to respond to competitive pressures from the enterprises have accumulated a large number of historical data find the root causes of the existing problems in the operation and management , in order to be able to quickly from large amounts of data in digging out useful information to respond to rapidly changing market . Investment management system has the functions of data mining technology between digital society and MIS software and hardware combined with the application of the system , is an important tool to achieve the improvement of the investment management . This paper studies the data mining technology in the investment management system . To seek to change the current the departments system uses technology specification is not uniform application system is not compatible with the rational allocation of resources can not shared to decision-makers from enterprises have accumulated a large number of historical data to find coping the competitive pressures recipe . The design is the embodiment of the investment management system , for the actual needs , in accordance with the principle of overall planning , phased construction \The first stage is to complete the system of human resources , financial management systems , customer management systems , real estate sales management system , the commercial real estate business management system and professional market management system and other functions , the second stage is to complete the the enterprise intelligent decision-making system and customers investment advisory system . The subject belongs to the engineering project , from project to project design of the project , the implementation of the project , we are fully taken into account the feasibility of the project requirements, user needs and economic factors . From requirements analysis to outline design to the detailed design , and application development and debugging several stages to get the complete implementation of the entire system .
