Abstract

Mobile OA system in 3G environment is an expanded and improved wireless office, is a sublimation and challenges. 1, this paper first elaborated the background of this research, the development status and trends analysis of domestic and international mobile office, research designed to promote the development of a College of the Arts and a small mobile office system is conducive to achieving the College administration and supervision and management, improve faculty quality and business level, to ensure that the virtuous circle of college work; 2, based on the lack of mobile office platform exists on the strengths and weaknesses as well as analysis of the existing mobile office the way some mobile office system functions not comprehensive imperfect foundation depth analysis and research of the College of mobile office system, given the structure and composition of the mobile office system, usually part of mobile terminal equipment, mobile communications network, the Internet, OA system and database system; College Leadership and faculty research, to draw detailed functional requirements of the mobile office system analysis, non-functional requirements analysis and system performance analysis; 4, 3G mobile communication network to support 3G terminals including various types of mobile terminal access, currently popular B / S architecture, as a platform for network framework Ruby on Rails, SQLite embedded database technology support, given a new mobile office platform architecture model, and system design and implementation clear system structure, functional independence, to achieve a good combination of practicality and versatility, conducive to system maintenance, updates and upgrades, to meet the needs for the future development of the Institute. Students by the combination of mobile communication technology, network technology and traditional office systems and mobile office systems is a trend the traditional networked office to a direction of development of wireless applications, but also the future office systems applications. Mobile office system is just a try and discover, to provide a reference for subsequent studies.
