Abstract


China's rural social endowment insurance long term in a backward state , across the uneven level of rural social endowment insurance , the majority of farmers in the area of social old-age insurance benefits low. Accelerate the reform of old-age insurance in rural areas in recent years become a new socialist countryside construction of an important content.
