Abstract


With the accelerated process of economic globalization, innovation and technology, as well as the high-tech industry has become the development trend of the global economy, driven by the sustained and rapid economic growth countries more aware of the critical importance of technology innovation to maintain sustained growth. Venture capital as a product of financial innovation, is a non-traditional financing, in close connection with its unique nature of the investment and management models as well as capital run with the high-tech enterprises, mutual promotion and common development. In the mature state of the venture capital industry, venture capital to promote technological innovation, has made a great contribution to the prosperity of the national economy. The world in the development of policies to promote the development of indigenous technology innovation, total venture capital as a favorable financing tools. Generally speaking, the risk of investment and technological innovation is a complementary tool for economic growth of a country or region. Although there is no risk investment, technological innovation also occurs; technology innovation, venture capital are likely to develop, but only a combination of both, in order to better promote the development of high-tech industries in a country or region. Therefore, the research venture capital role in promoting technological innovation, has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of high-tech enterprises, and promote the development of China's venture capital. This paper first reviews the current situation of the domestic and foreign venture capital role of technological innovation, and summarizes the analysis of the venture capital industry is mature countries and China in research between different focus. The second section describes the concept and theory of venture capital and technology innovation, and highlights the main features of the venture capital. Third introduces the development status of China's venture capital industry, as well as the wave and the characteristics of the risk of foreign investment into China. The fourth empirical analysis of the role of venture investment in China of high-tech enterprise technology innovation, use of existing historical data, discussed between integration and the role. Finally, the article analyzes some problems exist in the development of China's venture capital and high-tech enterprises in the innovation process, reference and draw on advanced international experience, existing problems and further promote the development of China's venture capital, and promote China's high-tech innovation and development of the enterprise made several suggestions.
