Especially the new merger of vocational colleges, educational level, management model and management methods vary, educational administration is facing a great challenge. Therefore, vocational college construction and use flexibly meet the needs of educational administration, standardized educational management system for educational management to provide scientific, standardized and efficient information management tools, teaching management staff from the tedious, inefficient work freed, and further improve the efficiency and quality of teaching is imperative. After investigation, the current educational management system on the market, the majority of undergraduate institutions or the Senate for management model has been developed institutions of higher learning, multi-function and cumbersome, and its relatively mature and stable management models do not fit with the vocational college social and market needs change constantly adjusting mode of management needs. Meanwhile, our school currently degree of educational management information system upgrade is not suitable to take the original approach. Based on the above situation, the school has developed its own line with the newly formed merged vocational college educational administration educational management system requirements. I developed vocational school educational management system, based on the status of my school, and fully studied newly established school level vocational colleges merged complex forms and more schools, flexible features, emphasizing the full-featured, adjusting flexible, convenient construction requirements. In the design and development process, the use of J2EE as a technology platform, Oracle database as a data platform using C / S and B / S mixed operation mode, using UML as a description tool, complete the system design and implementation. Put into use, improve the teaching management efficiency and quality, and promote the work of our school teaching management information technology for future educational administration laid the foundation for further development. In summary, our school in adequate market research and scientific needs analysis, based on the design and implementation of appropriate development needs of vocational college educational management system, the system has a scientific planning, advanced technology, efficient and stable , easy to expand and maintain the characteristics, by academic administrators, classroom teachers and students praise, improve management efficiency and educational quality, to achieve the design goals.
