As China's economic development, China's foreign trade has been the rapid growth of China's economic growth has made tremendous contributions. Ours is a typical export-oriented countries, the export of products Youyi low-end products, with high energy consumption, high carbon emissions, low value-added features. That our export trade through some other countries have carbon dioxide emissions. Energy consumption and the depletion of non-renewable energy has begun to attract extensive attention. Global warming is the human face of a big environmental problem. 2010, China's carbon dioxide emissions has been ranked first in the world, and become the world's second largest energy producer and consumer. Our country is a major exporter to export-oriented industries, including manufacturing mechanical products, textiles and both are industries with high carbon emissions, meaning that many of them are in China's trade surplus in exchange for environmental damage. This paper studies the export trade of carbon dioxide emissions and how energy conservation. The first chapter introduces carbon emissions at home and abroad as well as on the implicit reduction of research results, and on this basis, this study presents the content. The second chapter describes the major developed and developing country mitigation measures, understanding of national low-carbon economic development. The third chapter focuses on the export of carbon emissions, the use of input-output principle, the country's export trade is divided into 17 sectors, 17 industry calculating carbon emissions, energy conservation in order to determine which industries should focus on . It also calculated the export products of China's total emissions, and simulated conditions in technological innovation, China's exports of carbon emissions changes. The results show that, if we can use advanced technology, China's carbon emissions can be reduced on the basis of the existing 80%. Chapter LMDI model to analyze the use of implicit export carbon content factors, namely: scale, structure effect, intensity effects on carbon emissions. By calculation, the scale effect on the amount of carbon implied the greatest impact, followed by structural effects, the impact of carbon emission factor is minimal effect. Papers on the basis of these studies, reduction for China's export trade issues, from adjusting the energy consumption structure, optimize the export trade, research and development and the introduction of low-carbon technologies, the angle of national policies and regulations to support proposed response measures to reduce carbon emissions and recommendations .
