Abstract


Since reform and opening , China's rapid economic development and create brilliant achievements attracting worldwide attention , called \However, the process of economic development to pay for resources , huge environmental costs , such as global warming , species extinction , loss of forests , environmental pollution, energy shortages, the growing phenomenon of nature again and again \. Face serious ecological crisis , people began to rethink the relationship between man and nature is proposed to seek the sustainable development concept of ecological civilization . Ecological civilization is the civilization of the traditional development model chosen after deep reflection of a new form of civilization , requires people to live in harmony with nature , a healthy and orderly ecological mechanisms to achieve economic, social and environmental sustainability . Chinese Communist Party attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization problem , have proposed a \improve the socialist modernization drive major strategic decisions. This is the trend of the times , in line with national conditions and aspirations of the people the right choice for our party of socialism with Chinese characteristics and development trend of human civilization further deepen the understanding , but also to implement the scientific concept of development requirements. Therefore, from a practical point of view of ecological civilization construction issues theoretical discussion of building a socialist harmonious society has a very important theoretical and practical significance . This paper first describes the connotation of ecological civilization , characteristics and theories traceable , pointed out the significance of ecological civilization . And on this basis, through the process of socialist modernization to analyze the ecological crisis facing the proposed construction of ecological civilization feasible countermeasures .
