Abstract


Sino-US economic and trade relations developed rapidly since the two sides established diplomatic relations , but there are some trade friction successive , this trade friction is determined by both the political system, economic and cultural values ??of different strategic objectives caused . After the outbreak of the economic crisis , instability in Sino-US economic and trade relations surge , becoming China's economic stability and development of the potential danger. Stable bilateral economic and trade relations between the two countries not only have an important impact on the economic development of the entire world economic system has a pivotal role. Therefore, this article from the Sino-US trade development process , analyzing intellectual property rights , exchange rates, trade imbalances , protectionism is on multiple factors such as the impact of Sino-US economic and trade relations toward to arrive at the overall trend of bilateral economic and trade cooperation , to guide policy making.
