Abstract


ABS resin, high-impact performance requirements for Guangzhou blonde , comparative study of the of polybutadiene latex step production of of polybutadiene latex and agglomeration production of ABS impact strength . Experiments show that using step production EBR latex after agglomeration zoom made ??of ABS resin , impact strength than the use made ??of the ABS resin in the EBR latex of a small particle diameter after agglomerated larger impact strength must be high ; by employing the general trademark added to the ABS resin production method of the SAN beads material of high relative molecular mass , can improve the impact strength of the ABS resin , but will reduce the melt flow rate of the ABS resin ; when the matrix phase of the acrylonitrile content of the SAN beads material is not greater than the ABS connected pink acrylonitrile content of 2% , the ABS resin obtained higher impact strength ; SAN bead material and high relative molecular mass of the SAN beads material blending ratio by adjusting the ABS graft powder to achieve the new grade ABS resin development.
