Abstract

The catalytic hydrogenation reaction is one of the most effective method in the green synthetic reaction most of the hydrogenation catalyst is a noble metal catalyst , but because of the higher price of the noble metal catalyst , which limits its application in industry , therefore, to find that having a high activity and low-cost hydrogenation catalyst has a very important theoretical and practical application value . Amorphous alloy catalyst shows higher than its corresponding crystalline catalyst in catalytic activity and selectivity in the hydrogenation reaction , in recent years has become a hot research . In this paper, the chemical reduction of Ni-B amorphous alloy was prepared by the Ni-B amorphous alloy and a range of additives modified and used for the selective hydrogenation reaction of benzhydrol benzophenone . Based on temperament online results , suggesting that the mechanism of benzophenone hydrogenation reaction . Experimental results show that lanthanum may be added thereby providing more of the active center of the catalyst particle diameter becomes smaller , but will cause the surface of the catalyst to agglomerate, and a specific surface area of the catalyst and cause a number of active centers is covered . Introduction of ultrasound in the preparation process can weaken the agglomeration of the catalyst , the catalyst surface is more uniform , prepared under ultrasonic condition of the Ni-La-B with very high activity catalyst in the reaction , which is a lanthanum added and ultrasound synergism . In this catalyst benzophenone under optimum conditions , the conversion rate of 99.8%, the selectivity 90.0% of the benzhydrol . Ni-B non since the carrier is possible to increase the ratio of surface area of the catalyst , to improve the mechanical strength and thermal stability of the catalyst , there is provided the active center , and the chemical action occurs with the catalytic active component to improve the performance of the catalyst , we prepared a series of different carriers crystalline alloy catalysts, and introduced in the preparation process of ultrasound, its catalytic properties in the hydrogenation reaction of benzophenone . Found that SiO 2 and γ - Al 2 O 3 load amorphous alloy catalytic hydrogenation effect best by BET , XRD, , SEM, XPS , NH3 - TPD and H2 - TPD characterization methods , systems and the physical and chemical properties of the two carriers on the catalytic activity and stability .
