Abstract


Our country’s economic growth promotes and accelerates the pace of the urbanization and the new rural construction. Since 2006, the new rural construction is also carried out in full sw-ing in Heilongjiang Province, but the rural landscape is facing unprecedented challenges by th-e planning level and the impact of urbanization. So it needs our in-depth study for the new rur-al landscape planning in Heilongjiang Province.This article is about the subject of rural landscape of thinking in Heilongjiang Province. Rural landscape of the background, objectives and significance are discussed. Paper describes the concepts related to define the scope of the research and contents. Use the methods of literature research, field research, comparative research, empirical research and systematic research to explore the new development models for the rural landscape in Heilongjiang Province. Paper explores the foreign and domestic the rural landscape planning, analysis the development trend of rural landscape in the future with the time and space development. It also has the initial view to find out the theory frame for the new rural landscape, which comprehen-sive use the town planning theory, winter city planning theory, sustainable development theory, analysis the natural environment, geopolitical, economic, technological and socio-cultural factors that these four aspects make influence on our new rural and sum up the character of our rural landscape with land formed theory in the village planning theory.This article describes the history of the development of village of Heilongjiang Province, and introduces the overview of village of Heilongjiang Province from the natural environment, economical technology and socio-cultural.It overviews the landscape of the new village of Heilongjiang Province according to the methods of classification of the village landscape of production type. It introduces the integrity analysis of two aspects which are the evolution of the layout of the village landscape of Heilongjiang Province and the affects of the natural environment, and it analyzes various types of characteristics of space landscape of villages of Heilongjiang Province, and found it’s individualism and problems which exists in the construction of the present stage of the landscape. It summarizes that the new village lands-capes of Heilongjiang Province face the opportunities and challenges according to the detailed analysis of the current situation of the two different village terrains.Paper uses the theory to solve the problem and explores the concept of new rural landscape planning and design principles in Heilongjiang Province. And put forward specific proposals f-or the overall arrangement and various landscapes in order to create a development and comfo-rtable environment for the rural residents. Take Yueji village as a example, analysis its landsc- pe evolution and development. You will find its design strategy and comfortable creations for ural residents which fully verify the feasibility of study.Paper obtained a new thesis for the rural landscape planning and design measures, ummed up the theory exploration of the rural landscape plays an important role on the iractical in Heilongjiang Province and points out the vision and ideas for the research lirections and further work.
