Abstract


Quickly into our aging society , the traditional home care has been unable to meet the pension needs of older persons , more and more elderly people chose social endowment way, in the apartments for the elderly pension became the new pension model . Our old apartment building started late , but the fast pace of development in its rapid development , there have been many problems , including apartments for the elderly unreasonable indoor facilities , seriously affecting the elderly living environment comfort. Facilities for elderly apartment interior design research lags far behind the needs of society , the elderly living apartments for the elderly is very serious environmental problems , while caring for the elderly is an important symbol of social civilization . Suitable for China's national conditions designed apartments for the elderly indoor facilities for the elderly is of great significance . Select this old apartment house facilities for the study, through field investigation and analysis , practical understanding of the apartments for the elderly living environment and living conditions of the elderly in which the specific needs of the elderly proposed suitable for indoor facilities should be designed in the elderly as the core, elaborated the old apartment interior design of the facility principle of \Meanwhile , a combination of older psychology, biology and behavioral science and other related theories and existing research results, a more comprehensive analysis of the physiological changes in the elderly and characteristics , psychological characteristics and behavior change activities and characteristics . It also combines ergonomics, accessibility design theory, theory of universal design and other related theoretical system , the actual apartments for the elderly through the survey , the most important for the elderly living space for two functions , namely space and bedroom space sanitary facilities designed and analyzed , also discussed the impact of the physical environment of bathroom space facility design elements, for apartments for the elderly in other parts of the indoor facilities are also conducted exploratory research . This paper systematically studied the old apartment interior design of the facility , special facilities for the elderly product development provides a new idea , but also for the construction of apartments for the elderly provide a reference .
