Abstract


The article first defines two important concepts: rural public goods,supply efficiency of rural public goods;Secondly, takes the data provided by statistics bureau website of Fuzhou as sample object, selects the per person consumption expenditure logarithm of urban residents as the explained variable, selects the healthcare expenditure logarithm, transportation and communication expenditure logarithm, education , culture and entertainment services expenditure logarithm, food expenditure logarithm, these four variables as explanatory variables, applies the multi-dimensional linear regression model to carry on the empirical analysis to the supply efficiency of rural public goods in Fuzhou; Finally, puts forward four policy proposals in view of the empirical analysis obtained conclusion to the supply efficiency’s promotion of rural public goods in Fuzhou.The article on micro and macro level that affect the efficiency of rural public goods supply in Fuzhou analysis of the factors, in order to find the efficiency of rural public goods supply in Fuzhou the current characteristics, problems and changes in law. Fuzhou different levels in the further supply of public goods in rural areas and comparative analysis of differences in the efficiency analysis, based on the discovery and supply of public goods in rural areas in Fuzhou proposed system, the existence of functional efficiency and coordination of contradiction, and thus puts forward improvements in Fuzhou supply of public goods in rural areas to improve efficiency and the system of rural public goods provision efficiency Fuzhou relevant policy recommendations.The overall structure of the article, including the contents of five parts, the first chapter - Introduction to the theoretical basis for the article, significance, study abroad, study contents, research methods and technology roadmaps; Chapter II - Fuzhou Areas Efficiency in the supply of public goods, this chapter of time series analysis model by constructing rural areas of Fuzhou, the efficiency of the supply of public goods research; Chapter III - Fuzhou five eight-county area efficiency of rural public goods supply comparative study corresponds with the second chapter This chapter from the Fuzhou region covered by the various counties on rural supply problems were analyzed, using a panel model; IV - the supply of public goods in rural areas in Fuzhou role; Chapter V - Upgrading Fuzhou the efficiency of public goods supply in rural areas policy recommendations, empirical analysis for the situation before the article on the future supply of public goods in rural areas in Fuzhou to enhance the efficiency of the corresponding policy recommendations put forward; Chapter VI - Conclusions and prospects, review conclusions of this study, and Study of the article elaborates the deficiencies that exist in order to be able as a basis for future more in-depth research.
