Abstract


System of the qing dynasty officials ZhiShi had appeared before qing shanhaiguan, but officials ZhiShi phenomenon does not see more, just at the bud stage. After entering the qing dynasty, along with the social political stability, officials ZhiShi ShunZhiDi period system development has begun to take shape, officials ZhiShi Kang Yongqian period system developing and perfecting constantly. Through the efforts of several generations, the qing dynasty officials ZhiShi system of content, from the official ZhiShi reason to ZhiShi treatment to social life after the official ZhiShi very widely, so to speak. System of the qing dynasty officials ZhiShi improvement on the basis of inheriting former generation, formed a distinct hierarchy, time, rewards and punishments and rigor, and the implementation of the system, not only has a positive effect on the qing dynasty society, but also had a profound impact on later generations. Based on the generalization of historical data, applying historical materialism epistemology and comparative study, research methods, such as ZhiShi system of qing dynasty made a more objective analysis and understanding, and pay attention to the combination of positive development of predecessors' research results. ZhiShi system through the research of the qing dynasty officials, we can know the ancient ZhiShi system development situation, and to today's civil service system reform have certain reference significance.
