Abstract


Euthanasia is a complicated social problems, ethics, morality, philosophy, medicine, law and so on many disciplines in their respective fields of the study and discussion. Euthanasia is beneficial to reasonable fair distribution of health resources, the fundamental interests of the whole human survival quality improvement and to conform to the moral progress of mankind. As the development of medical science and technology in today's world, the progress of the society, the idea of people also carrying on the transformation, it is hoped that through the constitution and the law of their rights respected. In this article, in favor of euthanasia, the legal issues is of great realistic significance and theoretical value, will have a significant impact on all relevant parties. Is still the question of legalized euthanasia legal problem, through the analysis of legislative and judicial status quo of euthanasia in our country, discusses the law should not avoid euthanasia, euthanasia should have their own legal status. Only through legal recognition strict and solemn, in the form of euthanasia, provide a reference to people's behavior standard. When conditions are ripe for euthanasia special law, which gives people the right to choose death, prevent the citizen life by others as "euthanasia" as a cover for unlawful deprivation.
